This would be a great weekend to start your Tomatoes, Ground Cherries, Asparagus and Sunberry seeds, (No typo, Sunberries are similar to Blueberries) indoors. They should be started 6-8 weeks before the last frost date in your area and can be slightly pokey to start. I usually sow about 2 seeds per cell and thin to allow the strongest seedling to survive. 
As soon as seeds germinate you want to remove the dome and put them directly under the light to prevent the seedlings from streching too far looking for light. This causes the plant to fail.
