The start of something great. Garden vegetable and chicken soup. Onions, garlic, rutabaga, carrots and broccoli from the garden started the soup. Stock and meat from a leftover chicken carcass tied together all the loose ends.  Don't mind my dirty stove.


I was lucky enough to even have some fresh thyme and rosemary that I had moved inside, as well as some oregano I dried over the summer.

  1. which way do you dry your oregano? I heard of people hanging it, baking it, and drying it in a screen. Just curious - because I think it's super cool and stuff.
